When will my order ship?

What if something arrives damaged?

Snap a photo within 7 days and send it to support@eshopoly.test. We will ship a replacement or issue credit after a quick verificationΓÇöno drama required.

What is the return policy?

We offer 90-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Start the process from your account dashboard or the Order Help page, print the prepaid label, and drop it off.
