When will my order ship?

Most curated items ship within 1-2 business days. If a product needs extra inspection or customization, we flag the longer handling time on the product page. You will always get an email once the carrier scans the label.

How do I track my package?

Click the tracking link in your confirmation email or visit the Track Order link in the header. Enter your order number and email to see live carrier updates.

What if something arrives damaged?

Snap a photo within 7 days and send it to support@eshopoly.test. We will ship a replacement or issue credit after a quick verificationΓÇöno drama required.

What is the return policy?

We offer 90-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Start the process from your account dashboard or the Order Help page, print the prepaid label, and drop it off.
